Hey all – spring has sprung. There’s been a few warm days here (along with some heckin’ wimdy days) which has me eagerly looking at all of the green flower stems popping out of the ground. Can’t wait for nicer days to spend some time outside in the garden and enjoying nature. Until then, here’s some new cool things for you to check out…

Ready to get teleported? Open a window and see outside at WindowSwap. People upload their window views with looping movies, time stamped, to help give you a view of the world. I just went to Colombia and was looking out at the sunshine and green grass enviously.
Authors Got Scraped… Are you included?
Word got out that Meta (of Facebook notoriety Meta, to be clear) went ahead and fed a pirated database of books called LibGen into its latest LLM nonsense. If you’re a writer or journalist, you can check and see if your work was included so you can take next steps to become part of a class action suit or otherwise. Best to be informed. Thanks to The Atlantic for this searchable database.
